    "content": " Hon. Speaker, my question will be very brief. I am interested in the Cabinet Secretary’s answer regarding low-volume seal roads. He has given us very bad news except for the good news at the end where he says that the Government is working hard. In reality, what is the plan for maintaining those roads, because the contractors abandoned some of the roads before the three-year period of maintenance? I am particularly referring to the road from Kilgoris to Emurua Dikirr and the road from Chebole to Siongiroi, which are currently terribly dilapidated. What is the plan, Cabinet Secretary?"
