I want the Cabinet Secretary to be aware that all road construction works have stalled, starting with the Mateka-Bumula-Myanga Road to the Misikhu-Brigadier-Sirisia Road and others. How do taxpayers feel when their roads have stalled for more than three years while Murang’a gets new roads every other day? Thank you. Hon. Speaker."
