When I got into office, I had the choice to sign for allocation of those resources or to go back to the political cocoons of saying that the Member of Parliament for that area is from this political party and withdraw signing of those resources. Instead, being a public servant, I did what is right by making sure that Mfangano Island gets its rightful share. It is not Mfangano Island only. Hon. Millie knows that there are further resources supporting roads in Homa Bay County."
