    "content": "I agree that the report which was a question from Hon. Omboko Milemba and Hon. Millie Odhiambo is that the information is with the Budget and Appropriations Committee where Hon. Millie sits but I do not want to say that. In fact, they passed that budget themselves. If the Budget Policy Office was to be asked today to bring it and print for every Member of Parliament, we would have it in this House. I would struggle more to get that report than yourselves but nevertheless, and since I respect the orders of this House and has been requested by Members of Parliament, I will table that report to the House based on the directives."
