    "content": "Once upon a time, there were 210 constituencies in Kenya. When the first review of constituency boundaries was done, it did not take away the 210 constituencies, rather it added 80 more constituencies, which is why we have 290 constituencies today. The IEBC should look into the matter so that instead of taking away the 27 constituencies that are already represented by Members of this House, it should look for a way to increase the number of constituencies."
