I have read reports in the media that the Controller of Budget has been taken to court. She is a constitutional officeholder and what entails that office is public knowledge. The Leader of the Minority Party has not brought any evidence to the House to the effect that Margaret has been prevented from going to her office. It is also in the public domain that the reasons for Margaret being taken to court are not related to her performance as the Controller of Budget."
