    "content": "How do we address the issue of a constitutional office holder who has been charged in court? The Leader of the Minority Party raised the issue of whether there are provisions in the Constitution for removal from office of a constitutional office holder who is being prosecuted. That is one of the major issues that he was trying to point out. The Leader of the Majority Party said that he is also a constitutional office holder, but the Constitution does not provide for his removal. It is provided for in the Standing Orders."
