Temporary Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT the Bill be amended in Clause 5— (a) by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph⎯ “(a) implement and ensure compliance to this Act;” (b) in paragraph (b) by deleting the words “single business” and substituting therefor the words “trade”; (c) by deleting paragraph (d) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph– “(d) ensure periodic monitoring and evaluation of betting, lotteries and gaming trade permits issued by county governments;”; and (d) by deleting paragraph (e) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph⎯ “(e) handle complaints and facilitate arbitration; and”"
