"content": "(3) The Cabinet Secretary may, in consultation with the No. 29 of 2022. Authority, review the guidelines issued under this section. (4) Before issuing or revising the guidelines under this section, the Cabinet Secretary and the Authority shall consult— (a) any person who represents licensing authorities; (b) the body responsible for the protection of the best interests of the child, as established in the Children Act; (c) any person who represents the Inspector General of Police; (d) any person who represents the interests of punters; and, (e) the members of public in such manner as the Authority considers appropriate."
