    "content": "THAT, Clause 27 of the Bill be amended– (a) in sub-clause (1) by inserting the words “or service” immediately after the words “the activity”; and, (b) in sub-clause (2) by deleting the words “as it deems fit” appearing in paragraph (r) and substituting therefor the words “as may be prescribed in regulations.” The amendment in (a) seeks to insert the words “or service” for clarity purposes. The amendment in (b) stipulates that the regulatory authority is required to license other forms of gambling through regulations to take into account the dynamic nature of gambling activities."
