    "content": " Hon. Temporary Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting clause 36. The amendment seeks to remove the provisions on the transfer of licenses from the Bill. Instead, any entity intending to be issued with gambling license must make an application to the authority in the prescribed manner. This will ensure the deterrence of the possibility of money laundering by the gambling operators."
