"content": "THAT, Clause 80 of the Bill be amended- (a) by deleting sub-clause (2) and inserting the following new sub-clause- “(2) Where the whereabouts of a player remain unknown for a period of five years, the monies standing to the credit of the player’s account shall be presumed abandoned and the licensee shall remit such monies to the Unclaimed Financial Assets Authority”. (b) by deleting sub-clause (3) and inserting the following new sub-clause- “(3) A licensee shall maintain a register of all monies remitted under subsection (2)."
