    "content": "(e) is convicted of a criminal offence under any law and sentenced to imprisonment for a term exceeding six months without the option of a fine; (f) is unable to perform the functions of the office by reason of physical or mental infirmity; or (g) is otherwise unable or unfit to discharge the functions of the office. (8) A person appointed as the Chairperson or a member of the Tribunal shall, before assuming office, take or subscribe to the oath or affirmation before the Chief Registrar of the Judiciary. (9) The functions of the Tribunal shall be to hear and determine appeals from, the national or county governments, — (a) against any decision of the Authority or the National Lottery Board; (b) regarding complaints arising out of the outcome of a gambling transaction; (c) regarding complaints arising out of the functionality of gambling machines and equipment; and (d) regarding any other matter as may be prescribed under this Act or referred to it by the Board. (10) Save as expressly provided by this Act, the Tribunal shall regulate its own procedure. (11) The Judicial Service Commission shall provide secretariat services to the Tribunal and shall assign or appoint such secretary and other support staff as may be necessary for the Tribunal to effectively perform its functions. (12) The Cabinet Secretary shall prescribe, in regulations, the procedures for the operationalization of the Tribunal."
