    "content": "THAT, Clause 122 of the Bill be amended⎯ (a) in sub-clause (1) by deleting the word “may” and substituting therefor the word “shall;” (b) in sub-clause (2) by deleting the word “foregoing” appearing in the opening sentence and substituting therefor the words “generality of subsection (1);” (c) by deleting the expression “(2) For purposes of Article 94(6) of the Constitution—” and substituting therefor the expression “(3) For purposes of Article 94(6) of the Constitution.”"
