I am, however, also taking cognisant of the fact that Members are going on recess; ten days is two weeks. Within that period, it may not be possible to convene Members to consider it. I would like to even request the Committee to come over and see what you are talking about, so that they have a comprehensive report. I would not like them to just bring a report for the sake of it, but a more practical one. When I am requesting for 21 days, it is a very practical way of handling your situation. I know the people of Mombasa are suffering and I empathise with them, but I would also like them to get a practical solution to the problem; 21 days is very practical."
