    "content": " I support this amendment. The title of the Bill, as initially framed by the Hon. Temporary Chairlady, was the Kenya Drugs Authority Bill, and the authority was there for Kenya Drugs Authority. That was limiting, considering we are also dealing with technology. We are not just up to creating authorities but dealing with both drugs and technology applications in the health sector. I, therefore, support that amendment by the Committee."
