Temporary Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 5 of the Bill be amended by deleting the words, ‘‘but the Authority may establish branches anywhere in Kenya’’ and substituting therefor the words ‘‘or in such other place as the board of the Authority may, by resolution, determine’’. This is to give the board discretion to determine the location of the Authority's Headquarters. It is stated that the headquarters of the Authority shall be in such other place as the board of the Authority may, by resolution, determine."
