The qualification that one must hold a degree in pharmacy from a university recognised in Kenya must be a basic requirement. This is also a WHO requirement for this national medical regulatory authority to qualify for maturity Level 3. Therefore, you cannot just lower the standards and open the position of CEO of the organisation to anyone. We must also live up to the expectations."
