    "content": " Hon. Temporary Chairlady, I agree with the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Health. To answer Hon. Kaluma’s point, the amendment says you initially need to have a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, and the Masters can be in any other field besides pharmacy and medicine. In the Constitution, lawyers had their way. They put themselves in every commission and sector of Government. Lawyers have had it well and should let other people have it as well. Thank you, Hon.
