"content": " First, I support the Chair of the Committee. In truth, Hon. Dawood has explained it. As I understand this, the first is a basic degree in pharmacy. Thereafter, one is allowed to have a master’s degree in anything. You can even have a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or anything else, which then will speak to the skills that we were talking about. It is not inconsistent. Secondly, it would be outrageous to have a CEO who does not have a basic degree in pharmacy. Clause 8 insists that the chairperson of the board must have a degree in pharmacy yet the CEO is the technical person. Hon. Dawood should withdraw what he has just said. He has suggested that lawyers created all offices for themselves. I was part of those who wrote the Constitution.
