    "content": "While I agree that we need very specific qualifications for the chief executive officer (CEO), the board is normally for policy and strategic direction. On a serious note, we have very many parastatals in this country. I do not think we have gone to that extent of defining the qualifications of the chairperson of the board. Why do you want to treat this board as if it is special? Let us leave it open to somebody who can chair a board and, provide policy and strategic direction for this important Authority. It will be done."
