    "content": "This issue came up today in the morning when we were looking at a Bill. The President appoints chairpersons. That should not change in this Bill only. I totally agree with the Chairperson, Dr Pukose, on this. We should leave the amendment as it is. Hon. Kaluma indicated that there is nothing to amend. The Order Paper makes it clear that the amendment seeks to delete sub-clause (2) and substitute it with a new clause. I agree with Hon. Pukose, the Chairperson of Departmental Committee on Health."
