    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chairlady. I rise to support the Chairperson of the Committee and the Chief Whip of the Majority Party. We have problems in the Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA) as a result of appointing non- professionals who do not understand ongoing issues. We will encounter problems if we do not appoint a pharmacist who understands pharmacology and the drug supply chain in the whole sector. I ask Members to support the Chairperson’s amendment. It is self-explanatory and clear."
