You can imagine the number of authorities, the number of boards, parastatals and State corporations that we have. If we were to require that the chairperson and the members of the board should swear some oath through the Chief Justice, would the Chief Justice be doing any other work than swearing board members? This is the kind of elevation that I agree with the Chair."
