    "content": "The law proceeds on the premise of good faith that these collaborations will be legal and for official purposes. In any case, these corporations and agencies that we are creating are amiable to our Public Investments Committee (PIC). We will, therefore, ask them to appear before this House. For example, if they receive money from the LGBTQ associations – which is a big deal to Hon. Kaluma – we will question them. We must proceed on the premise that these collaborations are honest."
