We are tired of the fact that people keep telling us that it is the Ministry of Education or the Ministry for Gender, Culture, Arts and Heritage that is responsible. I keep wondering what the two Ministries have to do with sanitary towels. When you tell us that those towels are to be procured by the Ministry for Gender, Culture, the Arts and Heritage, and that you are waiting for the Ministry of Treasury and National Planning to initiate the procurement, do the periods wait for the procurement process?"
