It is not directed to him to respond to the Petition. He can only make comments whether to support or to urge the Committee on what it can further look into. I want you, Hon. Temporary Speaker, to declare that the Member is completely out of order. He cannot respond on behalf of the airline unless he declares his interest as to whether he is a shareholder or something else. He is a Member for Garissa Township Constituency and, therefore, he cannot respond on behalf of Skywards."
