    "content": "There was a technical hitch. Road accidents happen because of human behaviour in Kenya where most drives ignore the recommended speed. I remember the late Hon. Michuki brought speed limit commands which reduced accidents in Kenya. Due to arrogance and pride, most drivers think that by owning a vehicle, they are more important than pedestrians and ignore giving them priority while driving.
