    "content": "Let me not say much because, as I said, it is only a five-clause Bill and there is really nothing much to say. I can only plead that we support this Bill to ensure that our insurance companies are healthy financially. That they are making reports to the IRA and the Commissioner of Insurance in time. Accurate reports that will ensure that the regulatory agencies and authorities are able to ascertain that all the license insurers are financially healthy and capable of insuring the public. As leaders and the representatives of the people who are insuring with these companies, we owe these people a fiduciary duty just like the managers and directors of insurance companies owe the public a fiduciary responsibility, to ensure that when they put their money in these companies, it is secure. That they will be in a position to compensate them should there be any loss to the insured."
