    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I rise in support of Bill No.18 by the Leader of the Majority Party. Each one of us has had a problem or the other in terms of insurance. Hopefully, once we pass this Bill, it will clear some of the problems we have had with insurance companies. A very simple case is where one has insured vehicles. When they are involved in accidents or have some problem, you repair or write-off the vehicle and you want to get a replacement, insurance companies will take you in circles until you give up."
