    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. Once again, I thank Members for their contribution, and especially for supporting the Bill. The Bill is fundamental to our youth. I have taken note of all the contributions and the amendments that Members are proposing to bring. I am ready to go and look at all the proposed amendments and make sure that I make the necessary amendments before it comes for the Third Reading. Once again, I thank all the Members. We have done justice to our youths this time around."
