I request Members present, and even those who are not currently in the House but are listening to me, to support this amendment Bill to save Kenyans and create room for development. Vision 2030 touches on matters of development. Where will we come up with development if we have not secured the land? The Jubilee Government, led by our President, Dr Samoei Ruto, came up with affordable housing."
