    "content": "The Executive mainly makes regulations and they are meant to support existing parliamentary Acts, which have authority. The law only allows Parliament to come up with Acts. If regulations are derived by the Executive from an Act, it is only fair that they are submitted to Parliament for approval or ratification. Any regulations that have been made by the Executive without passing through the National Assembly should be considered null and void."
