    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. Today, we are not debating gender, but the Statutory Instruments (Amendment) Bill of 2023. I am proud to announce to this House that I am fully female and I have no doubt about this. When I walked into the chamber, I was very excited because we are debating matters to do with statutory instruments. This is because many people have taken advantage of this, especially at the Executive level. They sneak in and implement expired regulations, some of which have already been debated and agreed upon by this House.
