"content": "These points talk about sharing of knowledge and experiences among member States. Further, upon ratification of the Agreement, Kenya will be required to: 1. Establish, in accordance with International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO), global aviation safety plan, adequately funded and professionally trained, independent and impartial aircraft accident and incident investigation bodies. 2. Provide assistance in aircraft accidents and incident investigations by providing experts and any other required logistics to partner States as appropriate. I had explained that point earlier. 3. Ensure all investigations into aircraft accidents and incidences are carried out in partner states, independent from political, other interference or pressure. 4. Provide other key resources, including funding of qualified personnel for carrying out investigations. This means that all partner states will be collaborating and pooling resources to do thorough investigations where an accident or incident occurs, as opposed to one state doing investigations alone. There will be better capacity to carry out investigations."
