    "content": "Having considered the submissions and analysing the documents presented, and pursuant to Section 8 of the Treaty Making and Ratification Act, 2012, the Committee recommends that the House approves the ratification of EAC Multilateral Agreement on Aircraft Accidents and Incident Investigations. Hon. Temporary Speaker, I beg to move and urge this honourable House to debate and adopt the Committee’s Report to enable the country move forward on aircraft accidents and incident investigations matters.
