    "content": "As I had earlier explained, whenever there is an aeroplane crash, investigations take a long period of time, especially if a country is not conducting them independently. Some information tends to disappear. East African nations should come together to ratify this Agreement that touches on the aviation sector, which will make investigations easier. When something happens within airports in East Africa, member-countries will be able to investigate the incident."
