We are only worried about the negative side of El Nino, but Dr Mutunga is spot-on. There is the positive side also like harvesting water and planting crops to feed the families of this country. Leader of the Majority Party, prepare a comprehensive statement, I will give you time next week probably on Thursday afternoon, so that you can inform the country on the level of preparedness, mitigation factors and how the farmer is being prepared to benefit from the rains as and when they come.
