    "content": " The experience we had when we used this system is that the facilities improved. They were cleaner. They bought cleaning materials and communities were involved, at least, at health centre levels. The community took an active part in the management of facilities. Now that we are back to the same thing, the committees are going to be appointed and communities will be involved yet again. It is a good movement in supporting UHC programme. Hon.
