    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker for giving me this opportunity to support the Bill. This is a Bill that touches on people at the grassroots level and we all need to support it. Health is very important to our people. We can all agree that, as Members of Parliament, every weekend we have more than 10 people in our houses who need money because their relatives are unable to pay hospital bills. If this Bill is passed, it means that the health facilities will never miss the necessary basic things that they need like syringes, bandages and medicine. What makes me support this Bill is that health facilities will be allowed to use the money that they collect to buy the necessary medicines that they will need. When that money goes to the counties, it may not come back to the people. Counties have their priorities and buying medicine or something for the small health facilities may not be a priority for them. They put money in their planned priorities. For that reason, I support this Bill and ask all the Members to support it because it is a very important and necessary Bill that has come at the right time."
