    "content": "One of the biggest things that helps in the healing of patients is how health facilities look like. If you go to a facility that looks like it has been run down, your faith in the doctors and the medication that you will be given there will go down. You do not want to be taken to a health facility that looks like a shack. You want to go to a facility that is well maintained, clean and well managed. So, this Bill is good. I support it and hope that all the Members will support it. It will improve health care in our country."
