    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to also weigh in my ideas on this. This country is going to be destroyed not by anything else, not because of politics, ethnic issues and these other kinds of divides, but by drugs and alcohol abuse. The Motion here asks us to have additional rehab centres. The experience in this world is that those countries that have the harshest penalties for drug use, abuse and trading are some of the cleanest countries. I will prescribe death penalty for anybody found with more than half a kilogramme of any form of drugs, including cannabissativa. ( Applause)"
