All that has been aired by all the Members who have spoken, is true and this is the way we are supposed to treat this issue. The issue of dealing with drug and substance abuse is long overdue. It only takes a blink of an eye from the Government to finish this whole business. The cartels who deal with the drugs are known. It is very possible if the Government wants to use its structures and agencies to deal with this one. You hear what our friend is talking about after losing her close relative to drugs."
