    "content": "If we look at the sugar industry, it is important for us to be seen to be working towards being competitive with the rest of the region. Without fear of any contradiction, I can say that the cost of maintenance of our industries has always been a big challenge. We have given the industry to people who have been making money out of spare parts and services so that, even when they do production, the cost element of maintaining the plant has always been the way of eating the money that should have gone to farmers."
