"content": "As we discuss this and support my friend the Member of Parliament for Mumias East who is a very serious person, I know that his intention is good. However, I also want to say that we should look at the nation and put together an engineering support mechanism where most of those industries can be supported to run at a competitive economic level that can compete with other areas in the region. For example, you cannot say that each of those factories will have a foundry to cast their spare parts or that they must have a facility where they will be shrinking and selling their rollers."
