    "content": "It cannot be unmarked that this is an institution from which, last year alone, took 376 students straight to university. As they sit up there, I know one of them will be the Speaker of the National Assembly one time. I also thank the President of the Republic of Kenya and you for maintaining the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF). The NG-CDF has really assisted this institution. We are doing very well with it."
