    "content": "THAT the Schedule to the Bill be amended— (b) by deleting the proposed amendments to the Appellate Jurisdiction Act (Cap. 9). The upshot of the amendment is that the proposal is non-existent. There is no Section 59(7) in the Appellate Jurisdiction Act (Cap. 9) of the laws of Kenya. Therefore, you cannot amend what does not exist."
