I beg to move: THAT, the Official Secrets Act be amended by deleting the proposed amendments to the Official Secrets Act (Cap.187). Practically, we are proposing to delete the amendment as contained in the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendment) Bill, 2022 because it seeks to delete sections that are not part of the Act."
