    "content": " I also find the amendments by the Departmental Committee on Education curious. They have no relationship at all with the provisions of the Constitution and the way things are. Even if the TSC submitted reports to both the National Assembly and the Senate, the report to the Senate would be superfluous. The report is of no value to the Senate because it will not touch on anything dealing with the mandate of counties. Of course, it looks neater to include Parliament. However, it is of no value to the Senate. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chair."
