    "content": "The Chair needs to explain without misleading the House how the due exercise of the mandate of the TSC, which the current law requires to be reported to this House, should be reported to the Senate. There is no link on matters of curriculum, education policy, primary, secondary and university education concerning the counties in which the Senate will be involved. Hon. Chair, I stand to oppose. My point of order is that the Chair is not right to mislead the House."
